KPMG Centre
The KPMG Centre (originally known as Citius Building) was completed in 2010 and was sold in various lots to freehold buyers.
The building, which sits on lot 31 of the Cybercity, just opposite of Barclays House, houses 5 levels of offices, each of approximately 880 square metres.
The MCB occupies the ground floor for its retail branch, which features a modern design, as well as a coffee shop. KPMG is the other main tenant in the building.
The building has been designed to be energy efficient and to ensure a minimal wastage of floor space. Moreover, given the growing problems of parking in the CyberCity, Altima Group has catered for around parking bays on the whole of the adjacent lot 32.
