Location of Plot
The building is erected on plot No. 56 of the Business Zone of the CyberCity, with a gross area of some 10,000 square metres and is located in the vicinity of CyberTower II and the Ebène Way Hypermarket.

Building Configuration
The building consists of the Ground level + 6 Upper levels, as well as a multi-storey carpark block.

Building occupation
The building offers the same class of IT and Telecommunications services prevailing in the CyberCity with the addition of a dedicated server room providing hosting facilities.

The building was sold to the National Pensions Fund in late December 2010.
